The purpose of this blog is to give me an outlet for analyzing all things tennis including the techniques, strategy, fitness, nutrition and mental aspects that make tennis so much more than just a game.
Over the past few years I’ve been devouring tennis information in many forms: online and live coaching, watching videos and reading websites and books. I will use this space to chronicle my tennis adventures and record and share my research. I have so much to learn and would love to connect with other tennis players to share ideas and perspectives on this great sport.
I love tennis. I love being an athlete. I love eating well to fuel workouts. I love going to the gym to get stronger and faster and prevent injuries rather than to look a certain way. I love being motivated to learn and work hard to continually improve. I love that tennis has made me a stronger person inside and out.
